Anxious brides, all 162 of them, waiting for their wedding ceremony to begin at the manufacturing base of the CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Company in Changchun, capital of Jilin province, in north-east China.
The railway carriage maker held a mass wedding for its workers and their partners on Sunday before the newlyweds hopped onto a "bridal car" provided by the company - a 195 million yuan (S$39.7 million) 400m-long high-speed train which can hit a speed of 380kmh.
