GENEVA (REUTERS) - Japan has launched a trade complaint at the World Trade Organisation to challenge South Korea's use of anti-dumping duties on imports of Japanese pneumatic valves, the World Trade Organisation said on Tuesday (March 15).

South Korea has 60 days in which to settle the dispute, after which Japan could ask the WTO to adjudicate on the case.

Anti-dumping duties are used to block imports of goods that are deemed to be sold at unfairly low prices to undermine foreign competitors, and are often the subject of trade disputes.
