Bo Xilai trial: Former police chief Wang Lijun to testify

JINAN, Shandong (AFP) - Fallen Chinese politician Bo Xilai's ex-police chief Wang Lijun, his right hand man in the megacity of Chongqing, appeared in court Saturday to testify against him, the official Xinhua news agency reported.

Wang was sentenced to 15 years in prison last year for a range of crimes including abuse of power relating to the murder of British businessman Neil Heywood by Bo's wife Gu Kailai. Bo also faces abuse of power accusations.
