Six convicted over two-decade-old blasts

MUMBAI• An Indian court yesterday convicted six men over serial bomb blasts in Mumbai more than two decades ago. The men were convicted of involvement in a series of coordinated bomb attacks that killed 257 people and injured hundreds more.

Upskirt-photo suspect stabs policemen

TOKYO• A Japanese man accused of taking pictures up a woman's skirt stabbed two police officers in Sendai yesterday as the verdict on his case was being delivered. Seiji Yodogawa, 30, reportedly yelled "what a rotten justice system" as he lunged at them.

High Court date set for Kim Jong Nam case

KAJANG • A Malaysian High Court has set July 28 for mention of the Kim Jong Nam murder case. Doan Thi Huong, 29, and Siti Aisyah, 25, are accused of killing North Korean leader Kim Jong Un's half-brother in February.
