Mitsubishi Electric donates $830,000 to help Thai flood victims
Mitsubishi Electric Group will donate 50 million yen (S$830,000) to aid victims affected by the flooding in Thailand and to support recovery efforts.
The Tokyo-based company has a large presence in Thailand including metal, chemical and energy businesses.
'We express our deepest sympathies to those affected by the disaster and hope for a quick recovery,' said Mitsubishi Electric Asia Pacific Region chief representative Yoshifumi Beppu.
