THE Ministry of Health (MOH) will draft rules to govern higher-risk beauty treatments, such as liposuction, said Health Minister Khaw Boon Wan yesterday.
THE police have closed the files on 82-year-old Wong Tong Seng and his daughter Wong Ju Ling, 50, whose badly decomposed bodies were found in a Lorong Ah Soo flat in January.
Nine-year-old Li Ren was among the 71 children and their families who attended a special carnival at the Frisk 'n' Romp Kids' Playclub yesterday. The event, held at the newly opened Playground @ Big Splash in East Coast, featured a fun fair and an exploratory programme using a children's gym to help the youngsters build mobility and confidence.
