Publication date: 7 March 09, Sat
Accounting firm RSM Chio Lim LLP raised $100,000 for The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund. Guests at the opening of its new office at the Arts Hub were asked to donate money in lieu of sending flowers. The firm then matched all donations dollar for dollar.

Mr Kaka Singa, the company's chairman, said he hoped the effort would 'add some colour to the lives of children from low-income families'.
