Mr Yeo Sim Bin's wish to watch the National Day Parade came true yesterday. The 63-year-old, who suffers from end-stage lung cancer, caught a preview on the floating platform on Marina Bay. He went with his wife, 40-year-old daughter and eight-year-old grandson.

The trip was made possible by the Hospice Care Association.
