Govt should subsidise private courses

'The Government should consider subsidising the cost of private courses in Singapore to allow students who are not offered a place in our local universities to further their studies without facing a financial burden.'
MR KHOO LIH-HAN: 'The issue of lack of local university places surfaces year after year. Even with the setting up of the fourth university, there is a high possibility of such an issue again.'
