Our hotel does not charge for incoming calls that are put through to rooms by our hotel's operator-assisted phone system. This is a common practice in the hotel industry.

We have conducted our own internal investigation but are unable to find any guests who were charged for incoming calls to their room.

Therefore, we would appreciate it if Mr Wong could contact our hotel to furnish the necessary details - name of guest, check-in and check-out dates or a copy of the hotel bill - so we can investigate the matter further.
