Keep left on longest travellator
SINGAPORE'S longest travellator, at 73m, is near completion on Stage 3 of the Circle Line.

I would like to make a point before the travellator is operational.

The Land Transport Authority should put up signs advising commuters to keep left as it defeats the purpose if one cannot walk freely along the travellator when it is crowded. Travellators move slowly.

In fact, all future and existing travellators and escalators should have signs advising commuters to keep left at all times.

Coloured footmarks with advice to keep left will help passengers move more quickly around MRT stations.
