THANKS FOR HELP IN LAPTOP SEARCH

I WISH to thank all the people who helped search for a laptop I left on SBS service 502 last month, including SBS customer service officers and some of the drivers - especially the drivers of SBS470C (night shift) and SBS3744T (morning shift).

My laptop was finally found and returned by a passenger, Madam Tay. Thank you!

KUDOS TO CARING MRT STAFF

I WOULD like to thank the staff of Woodlands MRT station who attended to me on March 29, when I had a bad migraine.

A security guard took me to the staff resting room, where an officer even gave me a neck-and-shoulder massage when I felt giddy. She helped me get on the next train and arranged to have my extended fare waived.

DRIVER MADE RIDE SAFER FOR ELDERLY

I WOULD like to commend the bus driver of SBS service 31 (SBS9307H) for giving passengers a smooth and pleasant ride. What was more heart-warming was seeing him wait for elderly passengers to sit down first before moving off.

Lai Wai Mun (Ms)

CABBY RETURNED LOST CAMERA

ON MARCH 22, on a visit to Singapore, we left our new camera in an SMRT cab. Later, the taxi driver, Mr Osman (of SHB 905J), returned it to our hotel.

We had lived in Singapore for six years before relocating to Bangkok. Our visit here and the cabby's honesty reminded us why we had called Singapore home.
