Learn from SICC case

I REFER to Saturday's report, 'Court raps leaders of SICC over marital status case'. The decision by Chief Justice Chan Sek Keong is not intended only for Singapore Island Country Club (SICC). It should be studied carefully by all who sit on any disciplinary committee.
All who are involved with disciplinary processes should review their rules and take serious cognisance of the CJ's reminder of the paramount importance of the rules of natural justice.
