Hygiene in hawker centres

Hawkers who prepare food and handle money at the same time are most unhygienic. Wearing plastic gloves to handle food and then collecting money from customers without removing gloves defeats the purpose of wearing them.
AGNES TAN SUAN PING (MS), responding to NKF patient Suveida Mydin's concern about the centre's cleaner who prepares food for patients and scrubs the toilets and mops the floor as well.
