In Hong Kong, they have only one card for the bus, train, carpark charges, groceries... you name it. Best part is, you can top it up at your local supermarket. MS SAMANTHA TAN CHOON CHOON, who feels the Singapore authorities should work together to produce one 'super card' for the consumer's benefit. For example, a single train trip requires two visits to the vending machine - one to buy the ticket and one to get a refund on the deposit. Buying CashCards, she adds, is like trying to find water in the desert
