Offer a reward

IN THE light of the security threat escaped detainee Mas Selamat Kastari poses to our country, we should offer a reward for his capture. If police do not wish to set a precedent, Members of Parliament could pool and donate a sum of money which can then be given to those who offer information resulting in his capture. This may also be attractive and effective as an incentive to residents in neighouring countries, especially as no one has caught him yet.
