Hemmed in by cigarette smoke

'I understand the difficulty involved: People have the right to smoke in their own houses as much as I want to breathe and open the windows in my home. Help!'

She says that passive smoking, because of cigarette smoke from HDB flats above or below her home, has forced her family to keep the bedroom windows virtually closed. Her friends who cannot cope with cigarette smoke also do the same
