IN A feature published in The Straits Times magazine, Urban (May 10, 2007, pages 15 and 16), references were made to the name 'Swarovski' in connection with a crystal dial watch by Toy Watch; crystal bangle by Kenneth Jay Lane; crystal bear by Boudoir; crystal-encrusted minaudiere from Judith Leiber; and crystal minaudiere by Casablanca.
We wish to clarify that these finished products are not produced by nor in any way do they originate from or with the consent of Swarovski Aktiengesellschaft, which is the sole and exclusive owner of the 'Swarovski' trademark.
'Swarovski' is the registered trademark of and exclusively indicates the origin of goods produced and sold by or with the consent of Swarovski Aktiengesellschaft.
