Insurance matter resolved with customer
I REFER to the letter, 'Problem of annuity paid on irregular dates' by Mr Paul Walter Wong (Feb 25).

We would like to thank Mr Wong for his feedback and sincerely apologise for his experience.

Prudential is committed to providing quality customer service and we are constantly reviewing our service level to ensure our customers' needs are attended to.

We have contacted Mr Wong directly and have resolved the matter with him.
