Ms Tan-Chew qualified for a $50 Tangs shopping voucher as part of a Citibank Ready Credit promotion for cash withdrawals of at least $1,500. We regret that our CitiPhone officers were unable to answer her queries about why she had yet to receive her voucher.

We have since spoken to Ms Tan-Chew to resolve the issue. We have explained to her that voucher redemption letters are sent out within two months after a qualifying cash withdrawal is made, as stated under the terms and conditions of the promotion. In Ms Tan-Chew's case, this was sent out earlier this month, within the stipulated time.
