I REFER to the letter, 'Gloved fingers in her mouth' by Madam Leong Gun Chin (ST, Feb 19).
Food handlers should always practise good personal and food hygiene at all times, failing which, stern action will be taken against them.
We would be grateful if Madam Leong would call Mr Lim Ching Geok of our Central Regional Office on 6854-6442 to provide us with the necessary details of the food shop referred to, so we may follow up on the feedback
