SINGPOST MANAGER RESPONDED QUICKLY

THE SingPost delivery base manager at Upper Serangoon Road responded promptly to my feedback when I reported receiving torn packages in the mail.

And when I added that I had yet to receive a locally-mailed parcel after a week, he searched for the missing package. Thanks, Mr Hussin!

GOOD SAMARITAN EASED MY PAIN

I WAS dizzy, and doubled up in pain on the eve of Chinese New Year at Chevron House.

A stranger asked me if I needed help and I asked for painkillers. He left and returned a few minutes later with the painkillers and a bottle of mineral water. I wanted to pay him, but he declined. Thanks Eddy, of Raffles Place.

SINGPOST STAFF KEPT ON TRYING

I WAS one of the customers who tried and failed to buy the Formula One tickets at SingPost's Towner Road Branch on Feb 14.

The staff member who attended to me helped me to try and log onto the F1 website for two hours until I gave up. What truly gratified me was that she called me early the next morning and asked if she should log onto the site and help me obtain the tickets. Singapore will thrive with more people like you, Ms Jacqueline.
