Mr Lee's season parking ticket allows him to park at a carpark group comprising two car parks - one at Taman Ho Swee and the other along Jalan Bukit Ho Swee. There are ample carpark lots in this carpark group. We have been carrying out regular enforcement action at the carparks to deter illegal parking and will continue to do so.

On Mr Lee's service encounter when he called HDB's Branch Office Service Line, we found that both calls were prematurely terminated while they were being transferred to the relevant party. We apologise to Mr Lee for the frustration he experienced and will review our system to prevent a recurrence of such incidents.
