CITIBANK Ready Credit had a promotion end of last year where customers were promised up to $120 worth of Tangs shopping vouchers when they made local and/or overseas ATM cash withdrawals of at least $1,500 from Ready Credit.
I took up the offer and withdrew $6,000. Now, nearly two months later, I still have not received any of those vouchers. I have called twice to enquire, but no officer could explain the delay.
Meanwhile, I have been paying interest on the amount I have withdrawn but I have heard nothing from the bank's end.
