I REFER to the letter, 'ATM receipt showed $600 but OCBC credits $500' by Ms Irene Teo Li Xin (ST, Feb 7).
We wish to clarify that the bank has processes in place to ensure customers' deposit transactions are carried out in a secure manner. In the event of any report of discrepancy and in the interest of all parties concerned, we will investigate and evaluate all claims strictly on a fact-finding basis.
