THE National Environment Agency (NEA) has built many wonderful parks all around the island.
A typical park has a main peripheral track with signages for pedestrian-lane and cyclist-lane. However there are no signages for the many smaller internal paths. Often an unsuspecting jogger is rudely sounded off by a cyclist from behind.
Can NEA clarify whether cyclists have the right to use these internal paths? It would be helpful if clear signages are put up.
