I VISITED Changi Airport's new Terminal 3 recently. At the viewing mall, I was greeted by my reflections from two walls of glass panels - one separating visitors from the transit lounge and the other separating the lounge from the airside.
Unlike at the older terminals, the lights at T3's viewing mall were not switched off at night and that made seeing through the glass panels impossible. However, switching off the lights is not feasible as the transit lounge shares the same lights.
