I HAD the opportunity to visit Terminal 3 when I was at Changi Airport last Sunday to receive a visitor from Sydney. Without exaggeration, it is a truly world-class terminal.
As a Singapore citizen I am proud of our achievements.
On the plan to enhance the layout of the T3 carpark, I would like the authorities to consider installing parking lot availability indicators, such as those found in some carparks at shopping malls.
With such a system, motorists would be able to locate vacant parking lots easily, without having to make unnecessary manoeuvres, in the huge carpark.
