We apologise for the inconvenience experienced by Mr Ho.
Terminal 3 (T3) experienced heavy vehicular traffic at its carpark during the first weekend of its operational opening, arising from the large numbers of visitors to the new terminal.
In response to the heavier traffic encountered, we deployed additional manpower and auxiliary police officers to direct traffic to ease the situation.
We agree with Mr Ho that there is room for improvement. We have conducted a review and will be enhancing the layout of the carpark and adjoining roadways at T3 to improve the traffic flow.
The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore welcomes feedback so that we can continue to provide the 'Changi Experience' our airport users expect at Changi Airport.
