We are sorry to learn that Mr See received his tickets late. May we assure him no donation draw tickets were sold or sent out after the specified draw date. This is in accordance with our standard operating procedures.

We also assure Mr See that we have in place safeguards to ensure the integrity of our draw. Only sold donation draw numbers are keyed into our computer system way ahead of the draw. The winning numbers are then selected randomly by our computerised system on the day of the draw. The draw itself was witnessed by a certified auditor and a volunteer committee member. We assure Mr See there is no possibility anyone would know the winning numbers ahead of the draw.
