THE recent initiatives by the Ministry of Transport to ease road congestion are well thought out and wide ranging. The moves to improve public transport in particular are most welcome and appreciated by all users.

I LINKED my DBS credit card to my POSB savings account for convenience and to avoid carrying one more card in my wallet. It all started when I forgot my personal identification number (PIN) and went to POSB Bras Basah branch to reset it, only to be told I could not do so because I carry a DBS credit card and would have to do it at a DBS branch.
CENTRAL Provident Fund (CPF) members should be allowed to opt to have their CPF money transferred to their beneficiaries' Special Account and Medisave Account when they die.
AFTER reading the article, 'The next PM: Should age, gender and race matter?', I say age, gender and race should not be used as criteria in choosing a prime minister.
