EARLY last month, we received the key to our newly upgraded letter box which enables us to block out junk mail.
Since then, a different kind of junk mail has made its way into our letter box - those distributed by SingPost staff. We called SingPost to complain and were told that we had to opt out if we did not want the mail delivered.
Can the relevant authorities explain why we need to opt out to stop receiving junk mail?
