I AM writing to seek help since my pleas have fallen on deaf ears.
I bought a laptop from Hewlett-Packard and it is still under warranty. However, my nightmare started the moment there was a problem with the laptop. I tried calling HP's hotline several times in vain, e-mailed HP three times over two months, hoping someone could help solve my problem. Sadly, after so many attempts to reach HP, my problems are still unresolved.
The worst that has happened was that HP was supposed to pick up my laptop but the technical staff did not turn up on the day, made no call and it has been a good two weeks since the appointment was made.
I wonder if HP is serious about good customer service and hope this letter will alert other potential customers of the weak support HP provides. Incidentally, I have had wonderful customer service experience with Dell, which does not even have a service centre in Singapore.
