What's the point of paying Case membership fees if it can't solve my problem?
I AM so disappointed with the services rendered by Case. As a consumer, I was told by Case to become a Case member so that they could act on my behalf to pursue my complaint against the vendor more effectively. So I paid $25 for membership fee and a $10 admin fee.

To my dismay, Case's final closure letter to me told that they were unable to resolve my case. Instead, they said that if I wanted to pursue the matter, I could personally file a claim at the Small Claims Tribunals.

Now I wonder. Since Case is not able to help settle my case with the vendor, what then is the purpose of my becoming a Case member? Isn't it better then for me to directly make a claim at the Small Claims Tribunals?
