Billing problem settled

I REFER to Wednesday's online letter, 'Resolve bill issue, please' by Ms Francine Chen. We have contacted Ms Chen and apologised for the inconvenience caused. Due to a lapse in service, we regret that the outstanding amount on Ms Chen's bill was not transferred promptly.
Arrangements have already been made to transfer the charges and for the changes to be shown in Ms Chen's next bill. We have also counselled our staff member to exercise greater care. We thank Ms Chen for her feedback.
