I WOULD like to highlight a problem that seems to be getting worse. I have often noticed cockroaches crawling about in SMRT buses. On one occasion, I saw a cockroach crawling onto a passenger's hair. The company should tackle this problem head-on. What if a tourist were to experience this on his visit here?
