Rain pelts into bus when doors won't close

IT WAS raining when I was travelling on bus service number 69 towards Bedok bus interchange on March 2, but what I did not expect was the rain pelting into the bus. The same thing happened when I was on board bus service number 53. The bus driver had difficulty closing the rear doors.
Despite fare adjustments, the condition of buses has not improved. I hope the bus company will look into this matter and make rides a pleasant and enjoyable one for commuters.
