We contacted Mr Seow earlier on Tuesday and assured him that the direct mailer sent to him was enclosed in an envelope without revealing his personal particulars.

We would like to assure our customers that SingTel is committed to safeguarding customer information and hence only the customer's name and address were visible on the envelope.

In cases like redemption vouchers where our retailers or partners require to verify customer details, NRIC will need to be printed. This identification number however will not be visible to those who handle the envelopes containing the direct mailers.
