How to get passengers to move to the rear of the bus
RECENTLY due to work commitment, I had to commute to work during the morning peak hour by bus (I normally take the train to the office). I was utterly annoyed with many passengers who refused to move to the rear of the bus. I have some suggestions for the bus transport company.

(1) Move the exit door to the rear of the bus (since most passengers are kiasu and refuse to move to the rear of the bus); (2) Have single seats on one side of the bus so that it is easier for passengers to move to the rear of the bus. I had a problem moving to the rear of the bus too as many passengers either carried big bags or haversacks. (3) Allow passengers to board via the rear door since they can zap the Ezlink card there too. (4) Play announcements to urge passengers to move to the rear of buses or flash this message on the TV in the bus.
