IN POTONG Pasir, the lights at the corridors and car parks are switched off before 7am. It is too early to switch off the lights at this time because it is still dark. You can't even see the key hole on your door or your neighbours as you walk down the stairs. The Town Council should leave the lights on to, say, 7.15am.
