We refer to Ms Evelyn Ho's letter 'How to make CCK MRT Exchange more friendly for users'. We would like to share with Ms Ho and all readers that the locations of our postboxes at public places such as outside MRT stations and bus interchanges are subject to the decision of the relevant bodies. Nonetheless, we will work with them where possible to ensure that they remain convenient for public posting.
On Ms Ho's feedback, we are now working with the relevant bodies on a more convenient location for the postbox near CCK MRT Exchange. We will post any new developments to this location review on our website at www.singpost.com.
