I RECENTLY bought a PC from the new Courts megastore at Tampines. When I was booting up the system for the first time, it asked for a password, and also offered a hint: 'ask kerk tong tong'.
It appears that my 'brand new' computer has been previously used. I know that display sets are sold to customers. But mine wasn't and, even if it was, I wasn't told by the sales staff who attended to me. My question is: Does Courts ensure that its products are new, and not re-packaged?
