The mess on the lift landing on the 10th floor has been there since Feb 15. Similarly, the rubbish chute next to the lift lobby. The spill has not been cleared for some time.

When I entered the lift on Sunday, I smelt the stench of kerosene. Upon closer inspection, the lift panels, doors and frame outside the lift were covered with a thin layer of something that look like a lubricant. Both A and B lifts were smeared. The town council should get to the bottom of this and take the contractor to task if it is found negligent.
