Change in departure time not posted on airline's website

LAST Friday, I went to Changi Airport to board my Tiger Airways flight from Singapore to Phuket which was due to depart at 1.50pm, only to find that the departure time had been changed to 5.10pm because of the Singapore Air Show.
Why wasn't that information posted on the company website which I had checked the day before? Why wasn't the information available to the travel agent when she went to Tiger Airways' website to book my ticket?
The website was quick to report Singapore's winning bid to host the inaugural Youth Olympics for 2010, but not my flight delay.
