About seven delivery staff were loitering outside the counter to collect their delivery bags. Some were smoking. Before collecting their bags, they littered the ground with their cigarette butts.

When I walked into the outlet, I saw a long table occupied by about eight workers with their helmets on the table. Some were sitting with their legs curled up on the chairs, and some had their uniforms tucked out. There were also Toto betting slips on the table.

What shocked me even more was that there were customers looking for places to sit but the workers did not even bother to give up their seats.

I hope the management of McDonald's will look into the workers' lack of discipline.
