I was told that they will call me once the phone is ready.

Up till now, my hand set is still not ready.

When I called to check on the repair status, no one seemed to know when my handset would be ready and they keep giving all sorts of excuse.

Can someone from Nokia please give me an explanation regarding the above matter?
