I WAS given a notice of service interruption by StarHub on Tuesday.
This is the second full-day interruption in service in as many months.
The interruption covers all of StarHub's cable service, which means there is no cable TV and there is no Internet service, the two main items for home users.
I feel it is only right that StarHub reimburse its subsribers for these service interruptions, since we are deprived of a service we had paid for.
I feel it is pointless for IDA to impose penalties on service providers for not meeting service standards as it does not benefit subscribers at all.
