WE REFER to the letter, 'Unbecoming behaviour of NTUC Income staff at Sengkang MRT station' (Online forum, Jan 23), by Mr N. Nageswaran.
NTUC Income does not condone any behaviour on the part of our financial consultants or staff that would cause embarrassment or annoyance to our customers and the public at large.
We have begun our investigation into this matter and will take all necessary steps to ensure that any unacceptable conduct is dealt with appropriately.
