I REFER to the letter, 'SingTel in no hurry to fix mio problems' by Mr Chee Kim Tian (Online Forum, Jan 15).
We regret that our staff did not follow up closely with Mr Chee and have apologised to him for the inconvenience caused.
We have reconfigured Mr Chee's phone software to ensure that overseas calls can be made. SingTel views such lapses seriously and is committed to providing quality service.
