I WOULD like to thank Mr Sim Tiong Beng for his feedback on the frequency of bus service 963 plying between VivoCity and Woodlands, 'Increase frequency of bus service plying between VivoCity and Woodlands' (Online forum, Jan 10).
We are currently studying passengers' travel demand on bus service 963 and will make the necessary adjustments following the study.
